Every Cavamin order comes with our 90-day results guarantee. If you don't see the difference in your horse, or your horse won't take it, you get your money back.

The 90-day results guarantee

  • Write to support@cavamin.com within 90 days of delivery with your order number and a short note on what you saw.
  • Every bottle is refunded, opened or not. No return is needed.
  • We refund the purchase price to your original payment method within 5 business days of your email. Your bank may take a few more days to show it.
  • The guarantee applies once per customer and household for each formula, and to orders bought on cavamin.com or our partner pages.

Damaged or wrong items

If a bottle arrives damaged or you received the wrong product, email support@cavamin.com within 14 days of delivery with a photo. We send a replacement or refund you, at your choice, at no cost to you.

Cancellations

You can cancel an order free of charge until it has shipped. Write to us as soon as possible; once it has shipped, the guarantee above applies.

Subscribe & Save deliveries can be skipped, paused or cancelled at any time by writing to support@cavamin.com.
