Costs

• Orders of $100 or more: free standard shipping.
• Orders under $100: $5.99 standard shipping.

Processing and delivery

Orders placed before 12 pm Eastern on a business day usually leave our US warehouse the same or the next business day. Standard delivery takes 3 to 7 business days after shipping. You receive an email with tracking as soon as your order ships.

We currently ship within the United States only, including Alaska and Hawaii, and to PO boxes and APO/FPO addresses where the carrier allows it. Delivery to Alaska, Hawaii and military addresses may take longer.

Problems with a delivery

If your tracking hasn't moved for 5 business days or a package shows as delivered but you can't find it, write to support@cavamin.com. We work it out with the carrier and send a replacement if the package is lost. Please check that your shipping address is correct before you order; we are not responsible for packages sent to an address entered incorrectly.
